Obesity
The videos that we have looking at this time are a little bit controversial, because this show us ho people used the different website as a type a business like porno in videos, different kind of pictures that destroy some people lives on the other hand we have those two articles that are show to us as a result of the obesity, and people with those problems, many people think that obesity is not a problem that they can lose and get weight whenever they want but this is not like that obesity is a injury that can kill to many people because they are eating a lot of sugar and that sugar is just eating and affecting all of their organism. They are a lot of people who are classify as overweight because of their obesity this can be prevent with a good diet and a little bit of exercise every single day. The group that was presenting show us like a type of graph that demonstrated that in some countries women are the more affected with this problems, but the men also have the same people the consume of sugar is a global problem, this was an article about brazil how men were obese. Those articles also help us with tips for a better life like fitness and health tips that can save our lives I for many reason like this can help us to prevent diabetes, high pressure, hearth attack, high cholesterol, and many other diseases that can destroy our life in some of the case this disease may kill us. Obesity has been a problem in the whole word from many years ago. Like here in the United States an investigation shows that Hispanic is the most affected with this problems, a lot of women and man are in a very high average of overweight, I don t really know why this is happened to us but its true. I think I just because many people is so lazy, and the whole day they are just sitting on the sofa eating a lot of candies, and all that kind of staff that make people fat like oil, breads, flour and cookies, soda, beer, wine, fried thingies as chicken etc. I am really aware of this because it can kill me so I just decide to be more active, make exercise at least three times at week.
