Today the experience on the writing center was special the teacher took us over there to get started with our first summary for one of our articles, at the beginning that was hard , because I did not how to get started but Mrs. Crawford help us and gave us an exponation of what we are supposed to do, she talk to us about and told us that we need to be working in our paper in order to get credit for the class, I was really nervous because we have to finish at least a summary which I have wrote down on my notebook, but I am not very good in typing, so even when I have the material was really hard for me to have this done by the end of the class, I did the best as I can and finished, but there were another problem I did not know how to send it to Mrs. Crawford, so I asked to Moises, Angel, Maria and Christian, but neither Moises, Christian Or Maria knew how to do it. Finally Angel helped me to do it, and I send to her, I was done for that but I still nervous because I have to faster than I am.

Wrc

I really like the different experiences that we have in Mrs. Crawford class, because those classes use to be harder than other ones for me but with her everything seems to be perfect, I do the best as I can for her just to try to do what she expect from me and for my classmates, another thing that I really like from the class is the mood that is present everybody seems to be happy with that class at the beginning of the semester I was really nervous because I was the only one from my high school that was on that class, but when I saw Christian everything changed I feel alibi, he was like me all nervous, with the time I learned that out there are many kind people who is around us. Who would never deny a little bit of help, like Maria, Diana, Christian, Angel, Ms. Crawford and Moises. I really thank those people for the help that they had offered to me since I got in here, they are one of my biggest motivation on keep me on course. This is fantastic, fabulous and wonderful.

annotated

Today in class we started doing our annotated bibliography about two articles the teacher help us to get some advice about the assignment, we work as a group she gave us a couple of examples that we can use as references in our annotated bibliography like a summary and the evaluation, we were divided into four groups two of the groups were doing the summary and the other two were doing the evaluation, we read an article and discussed about them, did examples of summary and evaluation, I did not get started in that moment because I did not have time to read it, so I just was listening to them and getting some advice of the examples so I can have an idea of how to get started. The teacher talk to us about it, gave us some feedback when we were asking her questions about the different assignments she gave us the articles that we have to be doing in order to get our credit for that class, my essay are really good because talk about how FaceBook is helpful for some of the activities, one is about retro sexual and the other one is about how updated Facebook account can make free.

Thankgiving

Thanksgiving a large word that for me has lots of meanings. Number one family we all go to my house, all my family get together to talk about our individual and different life style. Went my family gets together is a big party full of fun and food for me thanksgiving is a day in which all my family gets together and have a great time. My family lives in different places so we see each other like three times a year and one of those times is thanksgiving I think is because we all like to eat. Number two we eat a lot in the family but only because we have great cooks in it that have the skills to make like 30 plates of different food that we all enjoy eating. All my aunts know how to cook different things so one makes one style of food and others make different so you will always have something to eat no mater what. So in my house you see people in and out also stoping by to say hi and things like that. You will see people talking and having fun everywhere in the house. Young people playing all different types of games and having fun, adult talking and drinking but not getting drunk. The thing that I love about my family is that no mater what there is never a fight or someone mad we are all happy and never have problems with each other. I like thanksgiving because I get to see all my family eat a lot and hear the story's that the older family members tell us and make jokes about the past story's they've done. I love to eat and thanksgiving is the day that I can eat everything I want. The third thing I like about thanksgiving is that I do not have to go to work so is like a little vacation which I need because I get tired with all the work and school. Thanksgiving is a day to share with your family and have fun that do not involve religion or anything that is going to make some one in the family be uncomfortable or feel bad. I really like thanksgiving they because no one in my family works that they so we can get together and have a lot of fun talking one to each other telling everyone a lot of things that for me thanksgiving day.

Workshop

Today in class with a team member we talk about paper and how we have being doing it, , the teacher gave us some advice about our writing, she explained to us how it have to be, the team member gave us some advice about paper we to give and receive feedback from them we had to read our paper aloud so they can heard us and gave us an opinion about what they think about our writing. That was our credit for today so we are not able to missed, I do not really like to be talking aloud in English because I am very shy, doing that king of things I really like to be with Christian, Moises, Angel, Maria and Sergio because they can understand me better than everyone else does. Like I had said in other of my blogs I really like the English class because of the teacher and the classmates, they are very good people, the teacher is very compressive so I do not have any problem with her about my language, because I do not speak very good English and she help me with that and with my writing. I really grateful to her.

My Experience

Today in my English class we went to the writing center to work on the comparison and contrast essay, the teacher gave us like twenty minutes to get some advice and to continue working in our essay the first time that I went there I chose to use similarities, so my first paragraph was all about how MySpace and FaceBook were similar, but at the second time I change my mind and started all over again doing some things that they have different some of them were security, privacy, and the different type of users, I decide to do it this ways because those three different characteristics can be helpful for the people who do not have any clue about FaceBook and MySpace. I was so nervous because I have to started all over again, the teacher want something else than a paragraph so I stay until 11, so I can have I little be more of my job done, that they Maria and Angel stay with me because they have to be working on their research paper for student development class, at the end of the class I gave my paper to the teacher and I went to my other class, I really ,like that the teacher gave us the opportunity to be working in our paper during the class other teachers instead of that would made us work at home, they just will give us the title of the essay and the instructions that its, the different experiences that we have in the writing center are fabulous, they help us to construct our essay, to connect our ideas, put our paragraph in order and the like.I would like to be again in the computer lab with Angel, Maria and Moises, because I don’t like to be alone, so I can enjoy the moment. The experience that I have today in the writing center was fabulous, because we were preparing for our next assignment for our English class, doing some of the work that would help us to understand the differences that myspace and face book, what different application do they have like uploading pictures, make your own profile, play games etc, but I have discover also that we have to be aware of people in MySpace and FaceBook because they can be lying about they identity, name, pictures and things like that. Be aware of those can of people.

Writing Center

Today in class we went to the writhing center, so we can make today is assignment, we where writing an essay about why are we in San Antonio College, we have to compete in a essay contest, when I was writing my essay I was all upset because one of my classmates were right besides me, interrupt me telling me that my boyfriend was cheating ion me and things like that I was really frustrated because the teacher just gave us like 30 minutes to completed, I was trying to finished before the time were on but he does not let me, so I have to stay after class to finished was really easy when he was trying to finish his too, because the essay was a class assignment so if we don’t turn that in, is like an absent, because we did not get credit for that class and were like if we were not there. When I finally finish I gave it to her and went out of the writing center, out there I wait for my classmate to finish and we went to the cafeteria, that was all for today English class easy, but complicated, was just two paragraphs.

Articles

The articles that the group three were presenting today, are part important of or knowledge about FaceBook and MySpace, because many people use this two websites without knowing the risk that they have to take when they are using those two websites, like for example one of the title of one of the articles that we were presenting today was How Safe is MySpace and FaceBook either I or you know the answer for this questions, because we just use those online websites to be interacting with people, but we really did not the danger that existed in those pages, for example in MySpace some people registered them selves as baby daddy, baby cake, big mama, la inquieta, la tremanda. And we add them to our profile because we thing that they are interested, because of the name but what we really know about them, have you never asked them their name or something like that or have you met them. Another example is the ages some people describes them as I am 91,108,1000,2, how can this be possible we have to be aware of that people who just think in those websites as a type of business, like porno, prostitution, rapes, etc. We also have a lot of benefits with MySpace we can download music from them without pay a penny, or the case of the pictures, the different application that this has as the games, business promotion and things like that that is also. Like they have they risk thy also have they benefits we just need to be aware of that mental depraved. In the case of FaceBook is a lot of more privacy, and security because they have your profile private, and when you have to registered you need to give them your real name, address, phone number, name of the school where you were enrolling in, etc. information that prove that you are really you, that you are not using somebody else is information, and also is easier to find friends from the pass, in you old school, from the country that you were born, and many people that you have seen since you got in here The United States, those two pages has their advantages and their disadvantages, like in FaceBook you don’t have the opportunity to make your profile as you wants in contrast with MySpace, where you can make your profile colorful and interested.

Videos.

The video that we have been looking at this class is very controversial because Dana was a kind of teacher that was exposing the different three website that young people is using today and now. How myspace and face book have been transformed the life today in difference with the pass life, like how people think that the different websites that have been presented on the internet have a big impact in their children life, some of the teacher think that myspace and face book affect the grades of their students, because many students prefer to be in the computer just playing around and talking with their friends than be doing their homework, because they consider boring been studying. So they decided be in the computer instance of been working on their assignment. On the other hand many people think that myspace and face book help people to socialize with another people from another county, country, state, or just from another street without the necessary of been hanging around in the street, that will be helpful for the parents from keeping them away from drugs, alcohol, cigarettes and all that kind of things that are on the street, just waiting for innocent people who are or were sad, depression, and things like that. Dana were like encourage the thing that many students use those two websites as an entertainment in a good way she thinks that the teachers have to interact with the students and know more about them, on the other hand she asked the teacher to be more involved in the activities that their students have like use more technology in the classroom, this was all about the different opinions that they may have. the difference between those two websites like uploading pictures, IM, massager, profile games and all that kind of application that we are able to use for the only reason of been sing up on this web pages, I really like this activity because was very helpful for me to know the different application that it have. She was showing some of the application that the students are able to use if they have those two pages. She show a profile, explained that this was not bad, that some people maintain a conversation just saying things like Hey, what up?, what are you doing? Nothing, what is wrong, anything, just like this I think this video is most about how people could disagree, with other.

Comparation and Contrast

Today in class we were talking about face book and myspace again the teacher told us to write the differences that we know that those two have. First of all the teacher explained us the different steps that we have to follow in order for us to have a better paper. We read the requirements for the essay, the teacher help us to understand some of the points that have been discussed on the list and I really understood the point of this essay. After that we work as a group and say a loud one of the different between those two websites like uploading pictures, IM, massager, profile games and all that kind of application that we are able to use for the only reason of been sing up on this web pages, I really like this activity because was very helpful for me to know the different application that it have. Have been surprised on how people comment in somebody else life without even know them, they post their feelings in the principal page like they were some post that talk about Halloween, people who were sad because they have to work at night so they did not have the opportunity of went out and have fun.

Myspace and Facebook.

The experience that I have today in the writing center was fabulous, because we were preparing for our next assignment for our English class, doing some of the work that would help us to understand the differences that myspace and face book, what different application do they have like uploading pictures, make your own profile, play games etc. I really like to be sending like a type of requesting friendships, the people who has visit this web pages have been involved in a kind of socialize website were you can make a lot of friends from different counties, cities and states. Maria and Moises were playing around commenting somebody else profile, many people think that myspace is better than face book, have not discover which ones of those two is the best because I don’t really like to be involved with the computer I am more thinking, I like to be doing what I have to be doing instance of just been playing around with people that I don’t even know, many of them are just looking for a pass time, hang around with people just like a distraction, why people have to be like that if you don’t have a pretty face and good figure, they don’t accept the friendship request, some people have so roof with person who they don’t even know, I have a experience like that this weekend a boy whose name is unknown ask me for more pictures in my profile, he was like hi my names is hahahah how old are you. And he also add an statement like this you should comment mine pictures, and I went to his profile and there were a lot of pictures of women without clothes, that was disgusting I was just like in shock, how this can happen he is only twenty years old. That can not be happened. Why do they have that opinion of the women, they are not just a piece of meat, a good figure or something like that we have feelings, intelligence, and many capacities that may be better than be with a plastic girls who is just standing next to us show noun knowledge, who the only one representation of women is a piece of meat. those two web pages are almost the same they both are use like a form of communication between a lot of people who is hanging around with other.

Obesity

The videos that we have looking at this time are a little bit controversial, because this show us ho people used the different website as a type a business like porno in videos, different kind of pictures that destroy some people lives on the other hand we have those two articles that are show to us as a result of the obesity, and people with those problems, many people think that obesity is not a problem that they can lose and get weight whenever they want but this is not like that obesity is a injury that can kill to many people because they are eating a lot of sugar and that sugar is just eating and affecting all of their organism. They are a lot of people who are classify as overweight because of their obesity this can be prevent with a good diet and a little bit of exercise every single day. The group that was presenting show us like a type of graph that demonstrated that in some countries women are the more affected with this problems, but the men also have the same people the consume of sugar is a global problem, this was an article about brazil how men were obese. Those articles also help us with tips for a better life like fitness and health tips that can save our lives I for many reason like this can help us to prevent diabetes, high pressure, hearth attack, high cholesterol, and many other diseases that can destroy our life in some of the case this disease may kill us. Obesity has been a problem in the whole word from many years ago. Like here in the United States an investigation shows that Hispanic is the most affected with this problems, a lot of women and man are in a very high average of overweight, I don t really know why this is happened to us but its true. I think I just because many people is so lazy, and the whole day they are just sitting on the sofa eating a lot of candies, and all that kind of staff that make people fat like oil, breads, flour and cookies, soda, beer, wine, fried thingies as chicken etc. I am really aware of this because it can kill me so I just decide to be more active, make exercise at least three times at week.

They are always fainting for the computer even when I am doing my homework they are on the line, that make me frustrated so I leave the computer to then, on the other hand I am agree with the opinion that those websites help people to interact with different person like people from Mexico, friends that were left behind when we got in here. In my own experience with Facebook and my space its true that they can affect your grades and lower your point average, but I also agree that this depends on the person who is using it, because if you are interested in feed your education you are going to made it. Likewise many people use those pages as a form of business, like people who sell their body on the internet that disgusting but I have to say it.

Pandora

Today were experience was fantastic, I learned thing that I had never heard about, like Pandora, and the LastFM I really like the website because have all kind different of music like Mexican, South America, I really like to heard this music because is awesome I create my own stations , with the music that really lie me like Thalia, Paulina Rubia, Shakira, Selena, La Industria Del Amor; Brindis, Ladron, Los Temerarios los Yonics, Los Rehenes Ect, I was really exited I created my account in both web pages and heard the music that I like to heard, my classmates were so excited about it, Maria were singing Wisin and Yandel songs Angel was all surprised, I love that pages I really like to be in my English every single class or sections is different, but funny the teacher is so special and funny I really love her because she is really patient, and she has the power of make us feel confident with her I like to be in her classroom every single day more and more because she tries to balance our time she gave us hard time, but she also give us funny times, like today was experiences I really like it. The differences between those two websites are that Pandora have only limit time and that LastFM has bigger space, and we could listen only to one song all the time, we can paused, and listen one and once against. The songs that I have listened were beautiful, created my own stations where no one can tell me what to do and what to record, the teacher explained us how to create our account, and how to add the different genres of music that like us, how created our station with music that like us only. I would like to be again in the computer lab with Angel, Maria and Moises, because I don’t like to be alone, so I can enjoy the moment. The other thing that I like to share in this vlogs is that I have not more ideas to write I would really like to expand my writing but I have been writing a lot and my mind is tired now, I can not think any more I am about to going sleep so bye.

Conference

Today was experiences where kind of weird because the paper that we are doing now in contrast with the first one is completely different, this was more descript with a lot of more details, Maria started saying her name, what her vlog was about, the feedback that she had received, etc. I really like this kind of activities because the only reason of teacher with this assignment is to try to help us with our paper answering all of our questions about the paper like how to end up? How to make our paper longer, shorter, etc my concern was if was wrong to have our own conclusion and her answer was yes we don’t have to have different conclusion from the video, I was really nervous because I don’t really like to talk, I was almost the last one, like my group is the biggest one, we did not has the same opportunities as the other groups, at the end of class we there were three left Christian Elyse and me, alyse was the last one, I tell the teacher my experience in the writing center how Renato help me to make some corrections to my paper, he also help me to put my paragraphs in order, giving me some advice of one of problems I went to the writing center looking for feedback, but I received a lot of more things like he helped me with my grammar, with the connection of mine ideas, verbs etc. I really like the form that my tutor help me with my paper, Renato is really good tutor, he try to talk to me in Spanish making me to understand that Spanish and English were different they have different structures, different grammar etc. I enjoy a lot more that visit, because the other tutor have a different and quite kind of help, he was weird. The teacher also gave us some of advice with her class and the different kind of assignments that she makes us do. Her class is awesome. I don’t really like to talk in class in front of everybody, but with this teacher is different she give self confidence, and make us feel comfortable.

Writing Center

The experience that we have today was very helpful for both parts because we have the opportunity of see some of our classmates vlogs and comment to them, with this activity we had the opportunity to gave them some advice about their vlogs what we thing about it, and see their structure of writing, how their vlogs are different from our. I decide to comment Angel’s and Maria’s, in the case of Algel he have a good vlog but her writing is most like a text massage, he write with a lot of like, you know and all that kind of steps, I try to give some advice telleing him that he got a making longer because his vlogs were less that the required he does not even get the minimum, so I try to tell him what to do to make it better. In the case of Maria was totally different because her ideas were more connected, more clear with sequence etc, but they both had the same problems, they have to make their writing longer and satisfied the teacher’s necessity. I try to tell her the most as I can, things like are more details to it, be more specific, try to talk more about her different ideas and opinion about the class and the different assignments.

Timeline

Today was experience, were fantastic because we where with a team member and we made a timeline with them, trying to describe our vlog mine was not so easy because I was absent the day before and I did not understand what they were talking about, but after that one of my classmate explain me the main idea of today were assignment, so I got started with the website where I can find the videos, during that class period I were just listening to my other team members and all their different ideas about their vlog, like one of them tell me what his vlog was about, the main idea, and the different background that his essay have , other of my team member told us his video with a lot of details, characteristics, styles, language, background, and culture his vlog was about a girl Vietnamese that want to be a singer, but his voice were not beauty, so he thinks that this girl has not future like a singer that was really funny because we were talking and sharing our different ideas, I really like this class for the reason that all my classmates are different they have different opinions and decisions, in my own opinion my vlog was not really good I did the time line, but was not a really vlog, I invent the vlog because the timeline was required in that class so I can get credit for today was assignment, like I was inventing my own story was easy to get more and more details, my vlog was about I lonely girl who was claiming some of freedom. I felt loss that day I would like to talk about this kind of experiences, because out there are a lot of girls who has the same problems, their parents has been over protected by hers parents having them under their shadow for the rest of their life, sometimes that had happened to me my parents sometime where like that before they do not let me go out with my boyfriend was so disgusting. But the loves for them make us blind, and do not let us do something about it.

My writing process

The writing process that the English teacher is making us to use is very specific, I rally like her style, this class was in the computer lab, we were revising some of the blogs the we have been doing during this period of time, in this period class we have to choose one of the blogs, and describe one of them for our nest writing assignments, the one that I choose was the one of the articles about how people use technology for dating people like those person whose look for their fiancé on the internet, and how some companies have program for those who look for this person, like match.com, harmony.com, etc, were people match the other people with them and start emailing them asking for a date, or some of the time they first try to know the people by chatting with them asking them what are some of their favorite activities, color, places, how is the person of they dreams etc, but in another cases, some of the person, just met them have some relationship with them, if this person have something in common with them, they keep dating, but if does not, they just pick another one from the program, most of the people that I know thing, that those places are just for people who are looking for a pass time like an adventure, and another ones believe in the true love, some other look just for sex, and passion including both man and women, other of the article was about how people was against gay people who like to use the web to find a relationship, I am in disagree with them because in this world everybody is the same, not because they have different preferences them we do, we have to discriminated their origin or customs that was not fair for me the form that they were discriminated as they were something like the flu that we are passing today. In my own opinion that president that was against them was a little bit crazy, because how people can deny, humans for their preferences sexual, that is descanting, I was really upset about it, how can this happen. Naha I am not agree with this kind of situation, that was all about the description of my next writing assignment, that I choose on the computer lab.

First Video

The first video in my English class was awesome, that was called my You tube introduction, this was really something different from what we have been doing in class, because is a writing part where we have to choose one of the blog that we had been working, this video show us how people used you tube like a form of communications, is informing us how you tube has been growing with the time, and this is not because of bigger producers, is for people just like me and you. Is just of linking people, is try to informing us, how the web is helping the world to communicated, one to another, is helping people to express their feelings, show videos, show blogs of their lives, I am agree with this video because the video is doing an information video about how people is using the web to demonstrated things, that maybe they are afraid to do in the real life, in front of their society, I really like how people introduce their selves by the computer, this was surprising how people use the web as a form of communication were the frustration went out, the experience that people have on the web camera is kind of interstice, because the user feel comfortable in front of the camera , like if they were in front of the friend or someone of their family, have never done that before, but I think the people who use this if for a reason, one of them I think the most important of them is lonely, afraid to speak out, people who are scared of society. Those who are really scared of go out, those whose are afraid to let the world know them, they real style of think and live, most of those people who used the camera web, to show the society their real weakness, people who are shy, most of the time people who use this method are young people, fat people, shy people, scared people, and those people who want someone else to know them, like a boy or girl, etc.

Differences

The difference between the blogs and the essay email etiquette was totally big, because the blog’s are shorter, with different vocabulary in the essay be could not use the apostrophe, we have to use proper vocabulary, refer to somebody directly or indirectly, but refer to somebody else in contrast with the blogs we just write an opinion of what we think or feel about something, foe the essay we have to write once and once against making sure that the spelling and grammar are ok. In contrast with the blogs we did use the spelling and grammar thing, but we don’t write this a lot of times just once. With the essay we were require to go to the writing center for feedback, have a session with them and let them helped us to make some corrections to our paper, that was really awesome the really help us. In contrast with the blogs we don’t have to look for feedback we just write and that’s it, not problems with it. In contrast with the blogs with the essay we use more than one class to be prepared, the essay was double space, times new roman, font 12, also the essay was printed, in contrast to the blogs we use single space, we just published this on the internet, and the teacher read this in other words the essay etiquette was more formal then the blogs, this was our first personal challenge was little harder than blogs, because were longer, more formal, and more descriptor than the blogs. The blogs don’t receive revision of our instructor, it don’t need anything like that in contrast with the essay we have to use unique question that describe our paper, was a lot more complicated the essay, because were a lot of details we have to used introduction, summary, and conclusion, add a lot of more details etc.

Workshop

The different experiences that we have in this classroom is special because every single time we learned something new, that teacher now how to plan her class so this is not bored, today is was experience was different because we share with our classmates the different essay that we have every single one of us read our paper, and asked a question about our paper like am I doing this right, how to make it longer, did I did this ok? Between another, I really like this activity because that helped us to make some corrections to our paper the teacher also gave us some clues of how we can write the essay, most of this class was discussion between everybody, because like our group the others groups have to be doing the same. That was funny how everybody was afraid to read allow, because I thought I was the only one in the class that was I little bit shy, but not because everybody was like now you, not you and gone on and on. My paper was longer than everybody else’s was, they told me that I need to make it smaller, but I asked the teacher and she told it was right if I want to write more then 3 paragraphs, and I laugh because I had that concern after that I heard all the papers gave them an opinion of what I think, and some recommendations for them like add more details, be more specific, etc. they also gave recommendations, like don’t use emotional things because I have a phrase like this, “I am so sad.” so my classmates told delete that and add real reason of why she have to give you better grade on your essay. That was also I really like the format that the teacher use with us in this classroom.

Internt in the singles life

The articles that the group 2 discussed today in my own opinion is very controversial, because I do not agree with the dating in the internet, most of the time that you meet somebody in the internet you have any clue about him or she. Sometimes this could result dangerous for one of the individuals, like people lying about their age, body, characteristics, and background. I have seen many cases in the TV. Where some boys and girls whose have been raped for an adult, that they have met on the internet, the show in their profile a good man, handsome, strong, cute, funny, etc, in the case of the boys they seems a pretty girl, young, good figure, athletic, funny etc, and like the teacher said they may not even exist in this world, so in my own opinion is dangerous to be trying this dates. I respect the opinion of the other that may think distinct than I do, but everyone is a head in this world and I cannot change the way of think on somebody else. In the other article where a president were against the gays I am really disagree, with him because everybody has the right of liberty, to give their opinion, they may have different way of think them we do, but they are humans we cannot change that, the decide they own way of think, dress, and act. Those are not defects or thing like that is a reality that we have to accept, because they are not going to change their lives just because some of the opinions about them. We have to encourage them because sometimes for our point of view, them end up in the morgue or something like that, like I said I do not agree with idea of dating someone through the computer, because I have considered dangers, but those articles just show us how the internet has been involved in our lives at the point that we need them for establisher our relationships.

First essay.

Today the experience in the English class was special because the teacher showed and explained to us how to build an essay the different parts of it, the teacher gave us an examples on how to write in different ways, I really like the attitude of the teacher because she really try to encourage us in a very good way she make us laugh, and also made the class fanny, I really like her like a teacher, I thought that the part of the essay is going to be more difficult, but it is not, it is almost the same as some of the essays in high school, but here is the problem I always have a lot of problems with the spelling and grammar so when a write a paper is hard to be using dictionary, and everything like that. And another problem that I have is that I could not understand the part of the learning center because I don’t really understood why we have to go there, I have that concern with the thing of appointment, I am really confuse about it, but I think I going to make a very good job I have been always very good student, the way that the Ms. Crow ford gave us the class is fantastic, in that way I have not problems, the essay is a writing in which we have to demonstrated what we know and what we does not know, I not a good writer so is hard to be writing a blog every single day, my mind is in black, I have already an idea of my paper, the introduction would drive me to the point that will be discussed in the body of the writing, the team of the first essay is very helpful, because we already wrote a blog with the same title. So we already have an idea of what are we writing.

Articles

The articles that we discuss today were kind of the same because most of them talk about how people try to involved technology to the daily life, like the one that says “should internet be wired in the school” That article was mostly about how even the president thought that child have to grow up with the hand on the mouse, that’s descanting, this also talks about how they started given away many like loans, tax free, scholarships, and try that everybody have the same opportunities, in case of the technological, like the access to the internet, computers, ipots, and all of kind of items. They thought that not rich person has the right to the internet, so try to be equal given them the almost the same opportunities, given money to the minority. The other article that grabs my attention was the one that was called “how to bring school out of the 20 century” that mostly is about how people try to involve technology in their life thinking that handwriting is not longer use din the classroom most the classmates would be using technology in their homework, like instead of handwriting they will use typing, in the computer and also printing paper instead of write it. There were some good ideas in their work, but in my own opinion they are making people lazy because the internet is doing the work. In other words a support that the advance of the technology is helping us in a good way in our life, but I am agree with the attitude of some of the professors been scared with the idea of those people who try to involved technology in the daily life of the students, that could eat their mind, transforming them in a kind of robot, that would be horrible, those articles says that technology could increase their skills and abilities, make people most efficient and with more desire to work, let see what happened in the future, when everything would be technological and people minds are in black, and only using technology they can survive.

How Life has been changed.
Our life has been changed since the Greek Civilization, the form of write in talk has been transformed in a different way, the form of write in talk now has more vocabulary, different words has been introduced in our vocabulary, with different meanings, our ancestors have used this words in a different way, maybe is because now we have more technology than we have before is hard to understand the different meanings of our vocabulary now because has a lot of significant. The articles that we have been reading and discussing in the English class are very important because the author of the articles try to get in our life in form that the reader understand what is happening now in our lives, try really try to help us in the school informing us about how to be successful in our future, every single thing that they inform in the web is a form of help for us. Like the article that says Tech help students with good study habits, teacher are just given us tips to increment our grades show us our success with signals, like the colors red, green, yellow, I really like those articles the discussion in class was awesome, because everybody have a different opinion of what this says, most of them gave the opinion about the iphone, ipod, computers in schools and the different functions of this ones, but the idea here is to keep the students in class for the rest on this scholar cycle , like one of the functions that talks about the Panic Bottom, that gives the police the location of the students (GPS). One of the disadvantages is that if you choose the iphone over the ipod, you have to pay the bills to AT&T, many of the students in my English class gave the opinion about it and most of them decide that if they have to choose for one of those articles they would like to have the computer. In mi own opinion I really like to have the computer because like one of my classmates said that she is not very technological, the sane happen to me I don’t really like to be hours and hours sitting in front of the computer, so I am not a internet person.

Today's experiences

My experience in my English class was very special because we already have the books for this class, the Ms is now able to give us the syllabus for the semester, she explained it to us, on the screen the only thing that I don’t really like about it that everything is on the computer and hate to be only, I would really like to her warns us on what is next because it will be hard for me to be in main that I have to be on the computer every single day, anyways the class was very interested, she helps us with the homework, and gave us some time to finish with the last blog that she assigned to the class, she also explained how the class with be graded depend on our work, the class of today was easy because we don’t have to do any work just press attention to her and fallow along to her instructions, some of the points that I did not understood that the part of the articles because I did know if have to read one of the articles that she posted or another different, I got confuse. But I know that this class would help me a lot, I really like my English class because the teacher is a very nice person, that is going to help us if we have any problem for her class, the class of today was more descriptive then a really class, because was a thing that we have to have for pass the class, the teacher explained the main points of this class, the responsibilities of every single one on the class she was very clear about how she will be graded our work and how many points we will accumulate for every single assignment in the semester, at the same she told us about the extra credit for the groups, the maximum points that we can get are 1046, so I really liked her class because she is kind I really like to be in her class.

Hi Karla, yes what? She gave a 60 on mine essay I am really upset because I did the best on that essay and now she came to my with a 60 is not fair for me because she read my introduction and told me that it was a good way to start, I really want to have a conversation about it with her, when she check my essay I though she was helping me on my final grade. Even in the last day she talk to my about my essay and help me making some corrections to it, I don’t really understood her reason on giving me a F and my final draft I feel so sad about it because the essay was the grade on my record, and with a 60 I think that my grades keep going down, I would like that she would gave me another opportunity to make it again, that would help me to understand my errors, and disabilities, you know that the writing is not my favorite topic, I hate to write because I always have the same problem, my main is just in blank when I have to write, also I know that the teacher has her favorite students. She is so roof with the other part of the classmates, I don’t like her I don’t really know why because I have been always responsible in her class I do my homework, I participate in her activities, but this still, she has never give 100 on my work even when I know that I have the right answer, I going to talk to her and ask her about it, I just want to know what is the problem? You know what is wrong with mine paper don’t you think that’s a good idea for me to find the really problem with my writing because like I told you on the beginning of this conversation she read my essay, and made corrections to it, she has to listen to me and give me an explication. The Writing process

The writing process
My writing process is kind of special, because I like to be alone, I hate people whose are distracting just for fun, I like to be honest I not a good writer my spelling is horrible, The grammar is not my ability, I have always been horrify about to write a paper, because I don't have the ability to express my feelings, when I want to write a paper my mind turn blank, I don't remember what to write about, I remember when I was in High school that my teacher call me miss verbs, because I knew the verb but I always use those in the same way, never changed like for example I used to use write, when I have to use wrote and this problem is going on right now, it's always the same. The same of writing has been a problem with me, and more in this time for the reason that I not native from here am very different English than Spanish all my life I have been writing in Spanish and from three years ago to now I have to write in English. Sometimes when I have to write an essay my imagination comes out in Spanish but not in English so have to be translated to English after I already have an idea of what am I doing, I don’t like to be thinking in another things when I writing because I mix them all so when I finish my expression is like what Am I doing? The clue here that I like to be very concentrate in my work I don’t like people cheering around me trying to distract me.

How we use Technology
How we use technology? That is a good question, we use technology in most of our activities, in other words our life has been made with technology. Almost every single thing in this world has been made using technology, one of the greater examples is: radio, computer, phones, and electricity, all our life have involved with the technology, in other words technology is part of our life, as water to plants etc. We use technology in the school, work, home even outside, the inventors have made a big change in our life with this kind of invents, sometimes like in the school we use technology as an easy way to get rid of problems and concerns, like may father did, he got help in the internet, and now he got a job that’s awesome. I don’t really like to use computers, but on this cases I have because I don’t want failure my class in college, I think the technology represent a easy way of life between a cloudy sky.
